RETURN POLICY

Due to the rarity of our crystals, most items are final sale. Please check the individual product listing — items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. That said, feel free to contact us with any issues and we'll do our best to help.

For all other eligible items, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label — free of charge — along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized orders and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@shopcrystalyn.com.
